each illegibly signed.
Framed alike.
each 17-1/2" x 14", framed 21" x 17-1/2"
Condition
Both in estate condition. 1. Overall craquelure and surface soiling/staining. Pinprick-sized loss at upper center. Small punctures: approx. 2" lower left corner (corresponding to old patch en verso) lower left corner, lower center, and lower right. Two small (1/16") areas of dark accretions lower center and lower right. Difficult for UV light to completely penetrate varnish layer. Yellowing of varnish layer. 2. Craquelure throughout. Layer of surface soiling and staining, especially along edges. Difficult for UV light to completely penetrate varnish layer. Yellowing of varnish.
