Very smooth. No issues.This was my first time ever on this site. Transaction was painless. I called auction house on two occasions after winning bid and all my questions were answered. I paid invoice asap and reached out to preferred shippers. I requested two shipping bids from preferred list. I chose to go with Pakmail at $80 versus UPS store at $175. I submitted the release form immediately after and received my purchase within days.

Be specific on asking what you are concerned on condition issues.On this particular lot I was satisfied. On a previous furniture lot they did not describe many condition issues so always ask for photos to verify.
